bigotry against Italians, Italian-Americans and other ethnic, racial
or religious groups and building pride in our heritage. Upcoming events include:
An exhibit depicting the the events in 1939 when 10,000 Jewish children were transported out of Austria to new homes in the allied countries.
Program features video clips, live musical interludes, and speakers.
This film was selected for the Sundance Film festival and provides a personal account of the how 10,000 Jewish children were rescued from Vienna by the Kindertransport movement in 1939.
The film maker’s mother, Ruth Morley, was one of the children rescued. The film is narrated by Joanne Woodward.

with survivor testimony and exerpts from the film, "50 Italians." Refreshments served. Admission is free.
